Seatbelt Lugs

Ok, how did you set the rivets in the seatbelt lug to bulkhead joint, page 30-06, figure 2? I have tried several ways using some scrap parts (another story) and have not found an acceptable method. I believe I can squeeze the 470-4-5 rivet at the bottom of the lug to bulkhead joint, but can't squeeze the upper rivet and driving it with an offset set comes out awful. Suggestions would be appreciated.

Ok, I did not have a 10 degree offset set, so I ordered one. It came in yesterday, and my buddy and I successfully riveted the 4 rivets in the lugs with no problem. It's great when you have the correct tool! Thanks for the response Tom!
