RV-9A Flight

Hello All,

I reside in the southern Georgia/northern Florida region (Near Jacksonville) and wanted to see if anyone in area with an RV9 would be willing to let me view their aircraft and possible go for a flight. I am very interested in the buying an RV9A, but I have never flown in a Vans aircraft. I believe this is a common occurrence because of the great reputation Vans aircraft has, but I feel that I need to experience the aircraft's posture before purchasing one. I know I would never buy a car without test driving it. I thank you in advance for all your help and time.

I'm not too far away in Ocala (X35). I don't have a -9 to fly right now, but I'd be happy to take you flying in my -6A. The -9 is a little bigger inside than the -6, but it's a decent comparison. There is a -9A on the field, so maybe I could arrange for you to sit in it at least, after flying my -6A.
