Hi,

In France, the EAA like national association is called Federation RSA (founded 1947 !). The web site is www.rsafrance.com

I’ve released last summer the second edition of a 648 pages catalog about what to build in France, including 228 detailed aircraft files, explained regulations, what you can’t build and many more useful info. You can download here for free :

https://1drv.ms/b/s!Ai2_rMzXdKDZgbMdniv7qPhuNWMT8g (67 MB PDF file, please be patient)

BTW, this is in French but a translation guide is included for English readers.

Hope this helps.
