Inboard Flap Rib Rivets ?

Riveting inboard flap rib (FL704) and can't figure out how to get to the ones at the very back of the flap?
The 3 on top and 3 on bottom closet to trailing edge of flap:

Blind Rivets

It has been a while but I think the plans call for blind rivets at this location.

Yep mk 319 bs is what. I used, filled the hole on them with epoxy sanded smoth and painted

Inboard flap bracket rivets?

Another inboard flap rivet/sequence question. How about the round head number four rivets on the flap spare bracket that ties into the lever arm? The ones that are common to the inboard rib? if you don't rivet in the spar iteself until you have the rib rivets complete, how do you buck the larger bracket rivets common to the inboard rib???
