Default Hartzell HC-C2YK-1BF prop for sale, $4,200!!!!! KDVT

Price reduced to $4,200

Hi guys,
I got a Hartzell CS prop for sale. I bought this a part of an engine/prop combo for my -4 project but have decided to keep it simple on the -4 and go FP. So prop is up for sale. It's a HC-C2YK-1BF, S/N CH-28044. Prop looks almost new and was just overhauled May 2015 at a cost of $2,904 from Warner prop in Tucson, Az. Has only a handful or hours on it since the overhaul. Prop comes with full logbook and all paperwork. Asking $5,000 and shipping will be the less of $125.00 or actual. I grabbed a Hartzell shipping box from a fellow builder so should have a solid box to ship it in. Prop is located in Phoenix, Az.

Silly question perhaps, but do you have logs/history? The blades look kind of like 7497's, but on the hub it says they are 7666A's. Also, as far as I know all the 7497's came with a B hub.

I'm interested if the parts are all usable for a certified airplane.

Not a silly question.
Do have logs.. Blades are 7666-2 that have been reworked by Precision Propeller in Boise to give the performance or better performance than the new blended airfoil prop. The blades are now at 72". At overhaul prop was given a yellow tag but I doubt this can be installed on a certified plane.

Eh? Says whom and wheres the data? Id like to heard about that. Nothing on their website.

FWIW, pretty sure that -7497 blades only come on a M hub, not a C, but I could be wrong.
