Default Horizontal stab riveting question

I'm doing my final assembly of my horizontal stab. Boy there are a lot of rivets! Fortunately, I have the services of a friend who bucks aircraft rivets for a living. I don't even want to imagine the mess I would have made trying to operate both the bucking bar and the rivet gun simultaneously.

Now for a question. For the life of me I cannot see in the plans where the mid portion of the front HS spar (between the HS support brackets) is called out to be riveted between the spar flanges and the spar caps. I'm assuming that either I'm not finding it in the plans or it was an oversight and that it is safe to shoot the rivets there but I wanted to be sure. Thanks!
