Default Two aircraft for sale, RV-4 and RV-7A

I have an early RV-4 for sale. It's turning into a hanger queen because I no longer fly. It's a nice flyer, but has not been flown in two years. This is a bargain for the right person. I am the third owner but have owned the plane for 15 years. It's not a perfect aircraft but is a nice VFR time builder and looks ok. Asking $30K as is. Always in hanger since I have owned the aircraft.

The other aircraft is an RV-7A. It is at about the 50% stage in build. Have not touched it in two years. It is the complete kit but no engine, prop, but does have a transponder and some servos for various controls and dual break installation. Most control surfaces are complete with the exception of the flaps and they are at the 50% build. Asking $25K.

Can have both aircraft for $50K as is. Aircraft are located at CXP

Is the 7A a tip-up or slider?

Posting photos would go a long way in selling the aircraft.
