Tried the big three, way to expensive!

You can save a lot on the coolant hoses by using 5/8" heater hose. I bought some silicon hoses online that were spec'd for 300F and 50 psi. The number 3 cylinder requires a former 90 degree bend. The rest are straight.

We have a fuel hose replacement kit for $599.95 with conductive teflon hoses. They have a 10 year warranty and do not have a mandatory replacement. We also offer an oil thermostat retrofit kit that includes all new oil lines except one that is reused from your current setup. That one could be replaced also. Then your fuel and oil system would be good pretty much forever.

Alternatively we could build just new oil lines to duplicate the current setup with hoses that do not have a life limit on them.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

Please email us at with any questions.

Your Source for Custom CNC parts, CNC cut instrument panels and labeling, Teflon fuel/oil hoses, Headsets, and many other items for Experimental Aircraft.
