Loose Cushion Clamp Question

On my engine mount I have several cushion clamps. If memory serves me they are #12s and the tube is 3/4. The problem is that some of them tighten down good and some of them you can turn easily on the tube. Is there a way to make them fit better?

Rescue tape

Try a couple of wraps of self-fusing silicone "Rescue Tape" under those clamps.

I did the same and used some self fusing silicone tape as well.
