Looking for a spot to setup shop

Well the move is over, the old house is sold and I'm ready to get back to it. I'm looking for a place to setup shop for my RV7 project. If you have a hangar that needs to be used, or even a decent sized spot that I can fit into I'd love to talk to you. If you don't mind my aluminum shavings and ScotchBrite wheel dust. I'm pretty self sufficient. I have all my tools, including an air compressor. I'd just need some AC for my gear.

Thought I'd bubble this up once. If you know of anything, give me a shout.

I might have a spot at Aero Country. A non-flying Bonanza has sat in the corner with no way to get out, and that's been fine. But the owner is currently having an annual done, so I don't know if he plans on selling or starting to fly it. If he sells, I'd have an opening.
