NOTAM for you to decode

Ok, so www.weathermeister.com continuously monitors itself for decoding integrity. You've gotta see this NOTAM that popped up a couple of weeks ago, and it just tripped up our decoder today...

This is for ICAO identifier "MIKE" -- which as far as I can tell is just a guy named Mike!! :)

Wish this was just a joke, but it's actually in the FAA's international NOTAM system!!!!!

That seems pretty clear to me.

It is telling pilots to get all their honey dos done before working on their plane.
 
Don't let your significant others' figure that out. You'll get your to-list every time you check Weathermeister! :D

A Google Search reveals some interesting information:

"N.M.B." appears to be North Myrtle Beach which is in South Carolina.

This is a NICE property. Last sold for $450,000 in December of '06. Previous sale was $80,000 in March of the same year. Somebody must have put a bunch of money into this place...or did a hurricane come through and destroy it? Interesting...

I'm thinking the guy's name is "ANDY" and he has a friend named "JOE."

I bet one of them either has built or is currently flying an RV! :)

I found a satellite photo of the neighborhood, but frankly didn't want to deviate from Doug's forum rules any further, so I didn't post it. Figured I was treading on thin ice anyway. Wonder if anybody in the FAA is hoping his boss doesn't read these forums...?
