Default Match drilling with Van's new gel coat.

With Van's new gel coated gray fiberglass parts, how are you match drilling, other than sanding the gel coat off?

I've tried to shine the brightest flashlight I own through the gel coat and it's too thick. I'd rather not sand the gel coat off if possible.

Default Magnets

Vans sells a kit with spherical neodymium magnets for that. Pretty cool.
