Vert stab gap?

I'm sure there must be a thread on this subject. Just can't find.
How or what has anyone done to fill the gap between fuse and
verticle stab?
I've thought of a few, but considering the quality of talent out
there, (suck up first) know someone has a cure.

Hi Dick,

Check out the 6th issue of the 2009 RVator. It has an article about this very subject by Van himself.

Or do nothing.

Keep in mind that while the skins are bare, they act as a mirror, with the gap visible in the reflection appearing to your eye twice as big as it really is.
After paint I think you would find it much less objectionable.

i'm with Scott, leave it alone. drag just can't be an issue on an airplane with a limited airspeed. plus he's right, I've never noticed it on painted ones.

About the only thing that bugs me is it is uneven, but I have learned to live with it and will not be doing anything to it....for now. ;)

Okay, I'm gonna go look at the magazine article.
