Doesn’t list probable cause in so many words…

The serial number suggests it had the D180 EFIS/EMS. Doesn’t it include a data logger? I wonder why that info wasn’t included.

N276VA was built as S-LSA and serial numbers are different sequence than E-LSA. Plane was built in 2015 so pretty sure it had either Dynon SkyView or Garmin G3X. Both would have data logger.

The Probable Cause will be stated in the NTSB's "Final Report", not the "Factual Report".

They somehow knew he was still at pattern altitude when he turned base, I supposed that info was from his data log.
