I use digital level and procedure shown in 47-07. Works like a charm.

As a followup to my original post... tomorrow I will be dialing out 0.2 degrees to flatten pitch. I'll report performance numbers soonest.

Default Digital protactor from FP propeller

I just bought this one from FP propeller and used it for the intial pitch setting on my -12. That digital protractor makes a good impression. It is handy, has a magnetic rail and features a calibration function.
