Changing cylinder type-Will Baffles FIT the same?

I have Superior Millenium cylinders on an O-320-D2A built by Aerosport back in 2002. At about 850 hours I have excessive oil usage, and am considering a TOP overhaul. I am still flying, researching, while using 1 quart about every 4 hours. I have blowby issues with oil coming out of the breather. I would like to install Lycoming cylinders as replacements.

I am concerned about the fit of the baffles, after changing the cylinder manufacturer type? Does anyone have any experience with this issue?

If the Lyc cylinders are not identical to the Superior's then it is very likely you will need to make adjustments.

A number of years ago, I changed from Superior Investment Cast cylinders to ECI steel cylinders on a 320 Narrow Deck engine. I do not remember making any baffle changes but there may have been a few very minor adjustments made with a file.
