SDS CPI current demand ?

Sorry to bother Ross, but I have searched threads all afternoon without clear results to predict load to size my alternator. I recall comments like 1.1 A @ 2,500 RPM ( per CPI unit ?) and cant find the info in proposed wiring diagrams. So hopefully others can benefit from your comment. How much amperage should be budgeted for ONE CPI firing FOUR plugs at 2700 RPM ? Thanks in advance, Larry

I measured 1.6 amps for a single system (in flight) on my 540 at 2700. Based on that, Id think you wouldn't need to budget more than 2 amps (and that would be fat).
