I riveted my left elevator Frame together. I nicked a rivet with a bucking bar and would like your opinion on if I should replace it. 3:40

That rivet through the nut plate? I absolutely would NOT replace that. Take a jewelers file or your wife's nail file and smooth out that little burr on the shop head then call it good.
