Default Dumb Air Oil Separator question

This is a little off-thread since it's not an RV problem per se. I do have an RV-4 and there seems to be a wealth of knowledge here, so I'll give it a try . . .

I have an Airwolf Air/Oil separator that routes into a Pesco Vacuum Pump. Does the breather tube that goes into the Vacuum pump go into the "IN" port or the "OUT" port (on the vacuum pump itself)? This is a Continental Engine, and the Airwolf directions just show the hose going generically into the vacuum pump, but doesn't specify which port to put it into.

Thanks,

Rick

You need pump out to oil separator, but watch it because I think your Pesco In/Out changes with rotation direction.
