Mold release wax

Does anyone know if the use of mold release wax is going to give me problems with fish eyes when I paint. I waxed the fuse when making my emp fairings. If so any suggestions on how to effectively remove the wax.

Look for mold release that is PVOH [polyvinylalcohol]. This is completely water soluble and will wash off with water if not peeled off when the glass is pulled away. It is not "wax" or "silicone".
