Default VANíS OFFICE PHONES WILL BE OFFLINE WEDNESDAY

Weíve been working to enable our office staff to move to a work from home status. The governor of Oregonís mandate that businesses do this, in combination with our desire to take care of our people, mean we need to update our phone system and some computing infrastructure. Weíve made great progress on this since last week.

In order to transition to our new/updates phone system and to enable our employees to make their work location moves, our phone will be offline for part or all of Wednesday.

We appreciate your patience and support during this period.

During this phase please contact us via email with your questions or needs:

Parts Orders: orders@vansaircraft.com
Kit Orders: kits@vansaircraft.com
Shipping: shipping@vansaircraft.com
Builder Support: support@vansaircraft.com

Thank you!

The Vanís Team

Quick update on our phone system change-over. We made the migration from our old PBX system to a new, cloud-based system today. I will allow our staff to work remotely/flexibly. We opened the support call queue on the new system as a first step this afternoon, and tomorrow we will expand the use.

Please, if you call or email us it helps tremendously (like, seriously - it actually makes a big difference) if you have this info before you call or email us:

1. You aircraft/kit serial number
2. The specific part numbers you have questions about
3. The specific pages in the plans you are referring to while researching your question

As we continue this work transition, we appreciate your patience and support!

Thanks,

greg
