Well guys and gals, it took me long enough but I've finally made the plunge into aircraft ownership. I will be taking the possession of the mostly completed kit 25603 hopefully this Saturday. I'm starting the drive around noon tomorrow to pick up a kit from Bowling Green, KY and start the long journey home to KCQF. The kit has completed wings with pressure tested tanks already, completed empennage, and about 90% completed fuselage, and all the goodies to complete it including tools, finishing kit, etc.
I'm excited to say the least so everyone look for pictures and I will be looking for guidance in the finishing build portion! The Vans's pilots I've spoken to and met along my ventures have told me this is a very tight nit community and I look forward to becoming one of you very soon!
