HR1 Clarification

I had breakfast with John (I went to High School with him & my HR2 S/N is 002) last Saturday and he clarified the misunderstanding re/the tail feathers on the HR1.

They are -3, with tip (like the -4) elevator counterweights - to a neutral balance.

OW - same same.
