Dog 73 view A-A. Measurements for the locations of the bolt holes (the lower three). It looks to me the measurements are off of the two existing ogles to the left and right of the lower bolt hole. As I read the plans, it looks like the lower bolt hole is 1/32" up from the center of the empty holes and centered on aircraft. The two upper bolt holes get placed 1 23/32 above the centerline of the first bolt hole and spaced 1 1/8th outboard from the center rivet locations of the lower hinge bracket.
Do I have this right. I hated looking at this print when I had to figure out the locations of the keeper rivets. I am even more stressed now because it is confusing to me and it's a lot of hard to replace parts I'm drilling through.
