F-719 has no jog

Looking at the upper longerons for the forward fuse, they have what looks like a defective jog? The jog is done in one face of the angle but does not extent to the corner or the other side. This leaves a huge gap between the skin and the angle once it's put in place. Am I doing something wrong here or is my part defective?

Bend it to fit

You might be able to get new ones from Vans but it is possible they won't be any better. Fit them with clecoes, see where the need to be tweaked, remove, bend in vise (padded jaws, hammer, large crescent wrench). Repeat as needed.

What you're seeing is Van's ridiculous idea of a joggle - crush one flange in a brake. They also do this to the floor stiffeners. I gather up the mess and return it to them. Then I cut new stiffeners from stock, notch the joggled flange, bend to shape, then weld up the notches or make a "z" sort of doubler and rivet across the two notches. Everything fits flat like it should.

I re-fabricated those stiffeners and attached them with angle clips.
