Default Massey Ranch Airpark (X50) Florida - Info?

Asking for a friend not on VAF. Does anybody live/fly out of or otherwise have info on the Massey Ranch Airpark in central Florida?

Thanks

Default About Massey Ranch X50

Hello Dave,

I have my RV9A (under refurbishment) in a hanger at Massey Ranch, I also own a 80x125 Taxiway and will build a hangar home soon.
It has a commercial side and a residential side with many hangar homes.
Great little private airport with public access, many hangers and a bunch of interesting people.
Feel free to forward my info to your friend.
My cell is: 386-690-4239

Default X50

I moved to Edgewater recently and have been on the waiting list for about six months for a hanger.
I don't know that it is going to happen anytime soon. Few hangers and long list.
Nice little airport. Kinda quiet.
