Hi, everyone,
The plans include the following bolt/washer/nut callout for the seat belt anchor to bulkhead attachment:
AN3-5A BOLT (6A for the outboard anchors)
AN960-10L WASHER
AN960-10 WASHER
AN365-1032 NUT
Wanting to confirm which washer goes against the bolt head and which one goes against the nut. Can I assume, as a general rule, that the callouts in the plan always list the pieces "in order", in other words that the washer that is listed just under the bolt call-out is the washer that goes up against the bolt head?
