I have a training class at Irvin Tx on December 13-15 and I was hoping an RV'r would have space in their hangar for my RV6 for three nights, the FBO wants a $40.00 per night tie down fee. (OUCH!). I would even be happy at a private strip to tie down in the grass. Open to suggestions, its my first time flying to Texas and Im looking forward to it.

Are you set on 52F? DTO should be just as convenient and no overnight fee to my memory. Certainly not $40 in any case.

Yup.

John, you can store your RV in my hangar at 52F FOR FREE. Give me a shout when it gets a little closer. I'm very happy to help.

NOTE: For anyone visiting 52F in their RV I would suggest you go to http://www.fly52f.org and click on ‘Airport History’ to familiarize yourself with the owner of the FBO (he makes his first appearance in the middle of page 2). BTW: The cheaper gas in the area can be found on this list: http://www.100ll.com/shownearbyfuel.php?HashID=ed77b89d262a37fe8496cb21b9423fba
