Pre-buy inspection in NC

Is there anyone who can do a pre-buy inspection for me on an RV-12 located in northwest NC (KGEV)?

Alternatively, I can go do it myself... but I'd need to know what specifics to look at/for in an RV-12. I am not intimately familiar with the airframe or engine yet.

I am near Raleigh NC and have built and flying a RV12 for 3 years. I am also an A & P. I have a vacation cabin near the KGEV airport. Please send PM.

I know this RV-12 very well as it belongs to a friend. I have flown in it as a passenger during the building of my own RV-12. I also met Tom who volunteered to inspect it at GEV, he is better qualified than I to make an unbiased report.
