Top Forward Skin

I'm about ready to rivet the top forward skin. Is it required/good idea to use proseal/RTV to waterproof the rivet line over the radios?
 
I didn't do it. A good rivet job will be water proof, and I primed mine with black DP epoxy primer to cut glare, so I don't worry about it.
