I had a snap in one of the shoulder pads on my Hooker Harness seat belts pull through. Scott repaired it on-the-spot at Oshkosh by installing a new snap through both sides of the pad, but said to call him after the show and he would do a proper job. I just received a new pair of shoulder pads, no charge. He said this way I have a spare. Excellent customer service!
