Hello VAF, Oklahoma. I am ordering my emp kit this week. I am wondering if there are any other -8 builders near me? I would like to meet up with and view your build. And discuss the first few clecos and rivets.

Hi, I have a 6a. Have you met with John Nys? He's built 8's, 10's, 12's and more. He's at airman acres and a wealth of knowledge.
I'm also in B.A.

John is a great guy and a wealth of knowledge. Last time we talked to him, he was at Gundy's.

Yup, seemed like a nice guy to me. Met him at Ponca once. I think he's built (or at least helped build 55 give-or-take RV's.

I'm just north of you, up in Bartlesville building my -10, but there's quite a few other resources closer to you than I am.
