Flat Black over AKZO

I'm at the point of priming the area behind the wing lights and using AKZO. Are there any rattle can paints in flat black that will adhere well to the AKZO?

Rub the Akzo with a red scotchbrite pad and acetone and most paints should work.

The pad scratches will provide a mechanical grip and the acetone seems to slightly soften the primer.
 
Is that needed if I shoot the topcoat within 24 hours? Seems like I read that is the topcoat time on the AKZO
