So installing the wings and aside from two recalcitrant NAS bolts , the issue is that the four AN4-13A bolts don?t quite clear the spar web to go into the wing nutplates. This thread http://www.vansairforce.com/community/showthread.php?t=38566&highlight=wing+spar+bolts
states there is an up and down to those two spacer blocks but I sure can?t find a plans reference.
My thought was to try and touch the spar web with a reamer enough to get the bolts to the nutplates ,or try and remove the nutplates with the wings on, ream the holes, and use bolts as some have done to comply with the SB. Rather not take the wings off.
Misalignment looks to be less than 1/32?
