My problem with any clinic is that my -4 does not have rudder pedals in the back. Any provisions at your clinic for my scenario?

I’d be there if I had not committed to,be in SC and then NC the same day, Oct. 26. Did formation clinics in my L-39 and I can tell you they are great. Definitely will improve your skills.

You can still benefit from the clinic.... on day 1 you will go thru the ground school. Then you get to ride with a carded pilot to get the feel of flying in close proximity to other aircraft. Also will get you accustomed to the standard FFI 4-ship practice routine. Then it will be Bulldog’s call about putting you into a 4-ship. You, as a beginner, would be color coded as red and known as a “red scary”. But not to worry.... we were all red scary at one point.

Do they ever have the formation flying clinic closer to the Northeast?

Team Aerodynamix used to host an east coast clinic way back when. Since then, nothing. I have been travelling to the mid-west for clinics, and trust me, it is worth it!
