Default Ignition Basics and P-mag timing

If someone has a WebEx account, I will be more than willing to my Timing Basics talk that I present at OSH every year.

Included in that will be how to set the timing on your P-mags with the free EICAD program from Emag.

Bill,

Why not provide the training via the EAA? They use GoToMeeting most weeks for this kind of content. It might even qualify for Wings credit.

My employer used to use WebEx but just switched to Skype for Business.

Hey Bill, I have a webex account we could use. Would love to see the presentation. Think we are limited to 1000 connections with the live webex.

Or another option would be via EAA webinars schedule and they could host and archive it.

Let me know if we should spin up a webex test if you want to go that way.

Thanks everyone.

I'll check with the EAA tonight.

That may be the way to go.

Bill

I have a call into the EAA.

If I don't hear back from them by tomorrow (1/19/2018), I will call you Andy and we can set something up.

This will be the same presentation I give at OSH every year. (With some updates.)

The focus will be on ignition timing, not just the P-mags and the EICommander, and will apply to all our engines, regardless of the ignition used.

I suspect the EAA route would take some time to get on their schedule.

Looking forward to the presentation!

Webex sounds good. Please post details if you set it up.

We use a product called "Bluejeans" www.bluejeans.com

It has the ability to record a session, which can then be easily shared out. If you're interested, I can setup the session and we can go through it and I'll record it.
Then we can make the recording available to anyone that wants it here on VAF. It does a really good job capturing video, cameras (if you want) and slideshows.
