Default Peel and stick GoPro mount

I've had several GoPro mounts on my airplane but I've always drilled and countersunk one hole in the center so I could screw it down along with the foam adhesive. Has anyone had a problem (at RV speeds) with just using the peel and stick adhesive that comes with the GoPro?

I've used this in the past and it seemed to work pretty well.

Friend of mine flies a bird at 220 or so with just the 3M GoPro mount stuck on the plane..
