Default Right Wing Heavy 6A

New to forum. I purchased an RV-6A. It wants to roll to the right. Cannot trim it up even moving the center stick trim all the way left (it swings back to center anyway). Someone suggested lowering right flap. Had to lower it 1.25 inches in order to make it fly level! Doesn't seem right. Read an old forum thread that talked about aileron trim tabs. Looking for some insight into the problem and how to proceed. Thanks.
