Default Trim tab deflection spec ?

Does anyone know of a spec. Or an effective range for trim tab deflection ? I do not see it on the plans or manual. My objective is to define the required displacement of the manual trim lever clevis on the cable.

The table below is published in the RV-8 Construction Manual, and it appears to be applicable to more than just the RV-8 (by the reference to the RV-9 flaps), but use at your own risk for the RV-4.
