-10 fuel tank question

Did you pro seal the finger strainer in? It doesn't say to do it but I was going to. Thanks for the help.

The finger strainer on an RV-10 fuel tank is NPT (tapered pipe thread) and should be treated the same as any other NPT fitting by using thread sealant.

Keep in mind that the strainer as designed, is intended to be removable and cleanable during maintenance.
