We just rolled out a great new program that provides monetary stipends and awards for flying-related stuff. We want to encourage our people to be involved in aviation, since it can help them be better at their jobs.
Our new program offers:
- A monthly stipend for general flying activities (applicable to aircraft rental, fuel expenses, etc)
- Reimbursement programs for discovery flights, FAA medicals, and BFRs
- Cash bonuses for training achievements, such as earning new certificates and ratings (how does a $1000 award for getting that instrument rating sound?)
I think all we're missing is a first-flight bonus for us RV builders...
Current open positions cover a broad range - developers of various disciplines, some technical manager positions, technical project managers, visual designers, electrical engineers...
