Rear window install

I'm in the process of replacing my rear window (I mistakenly followed revision 1 and used Loctite and they all cracked at the holes). I thought I had a fairly good fit with the window and the rear skins on the original install but I'm getting the skin to pucker up a bit between the screws on initial fit as I'm drilling the screw holes. I feel I'm getting good hole alignment now that the holes are at final size and already dimpled. Maybe they are not and that is my problem but I do not think so. Any advise would be appreciated.

As a follow up to this, I used small long sticks (1/2" square) and propped them ((maybe 7 or so) from the baggage floor to the nuts that hold the window screws. I was able to put a little up pressure and this removed the puckers and spread out the Proseal. I left it that way til the Proseal cured. Turned out good.
