Hello Gents

A friend is in the market to buy a new radio for his C-180 and would like to get feedbacks on the Trig radio's line..

Any of you using one of these radios??

His second choice is a Garmin 225 but the Trig is about $400 cheaper..

Great radio. Put one in my RV12 a couple of months ago as Com 2. Very clear audio and plenty of transmit power. At least equivalent to Com 1, a Garmin 420 (430 without VOR/ILS/GS receiver, but same radio).

Hi Bruno

TY91, remote mounted with the TC90 controller (2.25?) in the panel. I already had an intercom, so didn?t use that feature.

Anyone with a Dynon VHF radio is using re-branded Trig. Quite happy with mine.
