Default Leftover Parts

On page 10-02 there are a number of parts that are separated (stiffeners, cable guides, and battery angles), however now that I'm approaching the end of the empennage build and the crate is almost empty, I see that the two F-1037A battery angles are still in the box, unused. I've checked all of the emp plans and don't see where they get installed. I find it troubling to find unused parts, but no reference (as far as I can tell) on where and when they are to be installed.

I too have a left over part and for the life of me I can't find where it goes.
It's a section 10 part- Al plate AS3-125x2.625x3.5
If someone could enlighten me I would be most grateful. 👍

I too have that part left over, I've been assuming it's there in case needed to add to the rudder stop.
