Heads up on operating limitations

Going over my operating limitations and found an error. The flight area limitations from phase one was duplicated in the phase two section. Called my DAR and he found the template he used from the FAA was putting it there. Mine is getting corrected but you may want to check yours.

That happened because he used the original old template. There is a more recent version that remedies this problem. This happened to me when I wanted to update my OpLims a few years ago. Apparently the FAA is insisting that the FSDOs use the template in an attempt to standardize OpLims. I had a long fight with my FSDO to get them corrected. I think that independent DARs have more flexibility.
