Aft Deck

I am at the stage when it is time to install the empennage. I am unsure if I missed something, but I cannot seem to find when I should rivet the aft deck. It would be nice if they were searchable for occasions like this.
Can anyone point me to the right step or possibly have a searchable version of the instructions?
