RV-1 in Windsor Ontario MAY 26
Once again the weather did NOT co-op. Some of the early planes, landed, had a coffee and look see and evacuated quickly. Others still dodged the storms. Finally we all surrendered to the weather gods and hangared what we could.
Few budged iphone pics attached. Original hangar for the Elementary training of British Commonwealth pilots was used as shelter.
Of course, I had to ensure RV-1 was safely between my bird and a p51 mustang replica
Sorry they were budget pics but the weather really made a mess and getting everything in and dry out of the storms was more important.
