I used the FAA Advisory Circular 90-89A...
...to satisfy my FAA FSDO Airworthiness Inspector's requirement.
I had spoken to him well before he came out for the inspection, and he was ok with my using the AC 90-89A to meet the requirement for a Flight Test template. I did not have to customize anything or do anything except have a hard copy of the AC.

Flight Test Plan
My DAR is getting ready to do my airworthy inspection and he said that he wanted a flight test plan. What have others done. I talked to the DAR and he said that form AC90-89a was a good one. I assume ( Section 15 " Final inspection and flight test") that Vans will also work?
