I'm inclined to believe that the spikes shown in the photo are noise in the wiring rather than instantaneous changes in EGT. I'm getting similar spikes on CHT and Voltage - Cylinders at 380 will spike to 420 and immediately fall back to normal. Its annoying and I need to trouble shoot it, but I'm doubtful it is an engine problem.
