Amazing Garmin Transponders

Just wanted to let everyone know that after about 15 avionics panel upgrades over the last 4 years using these Garmin Transponders, GTX 23 ES, GTX 335, GTX 345, and now GTX 45R, that they have all passed their checks flawlessly!
No adjustments, no tweaks, they just flat out work.

I agree, the guy that does my checks always comments that my system is amazingly accurate.

It's the nature of modern digital electronics. There simply is nothing to adjust or tweak. Same for the SL-30, which uses digital methods to decode the VOR signal. A loose paraphrase from its installation manual: "Yes, the FARs require a 30 day VOR check. But this unit will never fail it."
